Refunds and Exchanges
Due to hygiene regulations and our pieces being in close contact with the skin, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any of our items.
Please choose your items and sizes carefully. We do not allow returns or exchanges if you have chosen incorrectly.
If you receive an item that is faulty, or we have inadvertently sent you a different size to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We allow returns for faulty items up to 10 days after you have received it. The item must be returned to us 7 days after we have acknowledged the return, be unworn and still have the tags attached.
Unfortunately the postage cannot be refunded and the cost of returning the item must be paid for by the customer.

We do not allow any order cancellations, returns or exchanges due to misunderstanding or misreading our dispatch times, terms and conditions or if you simply change your mind under any circumstances.
